Administrative Fee: $150.00 (Per Household)

Security Deposit Range: $400.00 - $1,200.00 (Per Household)

Pet Fee (Upfront): $400.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Rent: $20.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Pet Screening Fee: $30.00 (Per Pet Annually)

Resident Service Fee: $85.00 (Monthly - Includes Trash, Pest Control, & Technology Bundle Fees)

Utility - Submeter/Rubs Billing Administrative Fee: 9% (Water/Sewer)

Parking Fee Additional Space: $50.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Small Garage Rentable Item: $150.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Large Garage Rentable Item: $150.00 (Optional Monthly)

Clubhouse Rental Fee: $250.00 (Deposit)

Transfer Fee: $1,000.00 (Must Qualify)

Late Fee: 10%
